While we have been closed we have been busy cleaning and reorganising things at Rosslyn Court ready to re-open on May 17 2021 to welcome our B&B guests.

Following the advice given on intensive training, we now:

  • have deep-cleaned all rooms and the kitchen

  • have removed all non-essential items and surfaces so guests will have to access any games, books etc. from the library instead of finding them in the room

  • will be closing rooms for one day between each booking to allow for extra cleaning

  • have reorganised the serving of breakfast to dispense with the starter buffet and introduced a timed breakfast slot to allow each household group to eat separately

  • will transfer more of our interactions online to avoid face-to-face contact

  • have beautified and refurnished the garden to give guests an alternative place to eat and relax if the weather allows

  • have turned our live music studio into a live broadcast studio so than we can live-stream music as well as have face-to-face audiences

  • and have built a luxurious new house in the garden for our tortoises and set up a model railway in the loft (ok - so they are not really coronavirus related, but we have had a bit of time on our hands!)

B & B Overview

We have three en-suite bedrooms themed on artists associated with the area.  Morag thought about what she wanted from a bed and breakfast break and put it all in there, so they are all thoughtfully decorated and have comfortable beds and somewhere to sit and relax as well as free wifi, a hairdryer, shower gel, shampoo,  a kettle and selection of teas, freshly ground coffee and a cafetiere (as well as instant coffee), fresh milk, biscuits, cups, glasses and a corkscrew, recharging socket, electric sockets, ceiling fan...

...oh and a game to play too.

Prices are per room and

include a choice of breakfast

We accept cash or credit and

debit cards.
